What data we collect

Data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message.

Technical data collected by cookies, only with your consent (see the Cookie policy).

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to run and improve the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); for analytics and marketing only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to [12] months. Client data: for the duration of the project and as required by Bulgarian accounting law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted processors for hosting, email and analytics [list of providers], under data processing agreements.

Your rights
