A brand where language means business.
Brand identity and brand book for a translation agency that wanted to look as precise as its work.
1-StopAsia came to us with a clear business and a brand that did not show it. The agency translates and localises documents, software and campaigns between European and Asian languages for companies that cannot afford a single wrong word. Their clients are procurement teams, product managers and marketing departments who compare partners on accuracy, speed and trust long before they compare prices.
Our task was to build an identity that feels calm, exact and confident in every market, from a proposal in Frankfurt to a trade fair in Tokyo. We started with positioning and a short list of brand values, then designed a symbol, a colour and type system and a 27-page brand book. Today the team uses one system for print, digital, events and the office, so every new material looks like the same company.

A symbol that joins three ideas in one stroke
The mark joins the letter A, the curved roof of a pagoda and a single brush stroke. The A stands for Asia and for the first letter of every alphabet the agency works with. The roof gives a quiet cultural reference without clichés, and the brush stroke brings the human hand into a business that is often seen as purely technical.
We drew the symbol on a strict construction grid, so it stays sharp at 8 mm on a business card and at 3 metres on a fair stand. It works with the wordmark, on its own as an app icon and as a cropped graphic element across layouts.
Ember red, stone ink and silk white
Three colours carry the whole identity. Ember red gives energy and makes the brand visible in a hall full of grey stands. Stone ink keeps it serious and readable for long documents. Silk white leaves room for text in any script, from Latin to Japanese and Thai.
Every colour has CMYK, Pantone and digital values and a clear role, so a printer, a web developer and an exhibition builder reach the same result. Two accent colours, fresh orange and sun yellow, are reserved for campaigns and data.
